I think I’ve posted this on every “cheap casserole/one pan idea” post I’ve seen! Cowboy casserole 🤠
1 can of corn
1 can of cream of mushroom
1 lb ground beef
1/2 packet ranch seasoning mix
1/4 cup sour cream
1 package bacon bits
Shredded cheese
1 package tater tots
Brown the meat and add all other canned ingredients to a pan and mix. Using a casserole dish add the mixture, then top with frozen tater tots, and bake at 375 for 40 mins uncovered.
Looks messy but tastes so yummy!
