📝 Ingredients:
1 lobster tail
8 large sea scallops (patted dry)
3 tbsp unsalted butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tsp lemon zest
Salt & black pepper to taste
1 tbsp olive oil
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
🍽️ Directions:
1️⃣ Prep the Lobster Tail:
Cut through the top shell and gently lift the meat above the shell. Season lightly with salt, pepper, and a touch of lemon zest.
2️⃣ Cook the Lobster:
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tbsp butter and sear the lobster meat for 2–3 minutes per side until opaque and lightly browned. Set aside and keep warm.
3️⃣ Sear the Scallops:
Season scallops with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear scallops for 1.5–2 minutes per side until a golden crust forms. Do not overcrowd the pan.
4️⃣ Make Garlic Butter Sauce:
Reduce heat to medium. Add remaining butter and garlic to the pan. Stir until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add lemon juice and a pinch of zest.
5️⃣ Plate & Garnish:
Place lobster and scallops on a plate, drizzle with garlic butter, sprinkle fresh parsley, and serve with lemon wedges.
