Ingredients:
6–8 falafel balls
1/2 cup hummus
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika or sumac
1/2 cup diced cucumbers
1/2 cup cherry tomatoes, halved
1/2 avocado, diced
Fresh parsley or tabbouleh for garnish
Salt and pepper to taste
Preparation:
1. Spoon hummus into the center of a bowl and press in lightly.
2. Drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with paprika or sumac.
3. Arrange the falafel balls, tomatoes, cucumbers, and avocado around the bowl.
4. Garnish with chopped parsley or tabbouleh.
5. Serve immediately and enjoy!
