Parmesan Baked Pork Chops
Ingredients:
4 boneless pork chops
1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
1/2 cup breadcrumbs (preferably panko)
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
Salt and pepper to taste
2 tablespoons olive oil
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly grease it.
In a shallow bowl, mix together parmesan, breadcrumbs, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, oregano, salt, and pepper.
Brush each pork chop with olive oil on both sides.
Press each pork chop into the parmesan breadcrumb mixture, coating both sides evenly.
Place pork chops on the prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 20–25 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C) and the crust is golden and crispy.
Let rest for 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with fresh parsley if desired.
