Sweet Honey Glaze Enchanted Donuts

Ingredients:
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 1/2 cup granulated sugar
- 2 teaspoons baking powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
- 1/2 cup whole milk
- 2 large eggs
- 1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1/2 cup honey
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 1 tablespoon milk (for glaze)

Instructions:
1. Preheat that oven to 375°F (190°C) and grease your donut pan with a little butter or cooking spray.
2. In a large mixing bowl, whisk together the flour, granulated sugar, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon until it’s all combined and looking good.
3. In another bowl, mix together the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract. Stir it all up until it’s nice and smooth.
4. Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and gently fold them together until just combined. Don’t overmix, folks! A few lumps are perfectly fine.
5. Spoon the batter into your prepared donut pan, filling each cavity about 2/3 full. You can use a piping bag or just a good ol’ spoon.
6. Bake those beauties in the oven for about 10-12 minutes, or until they’re golden brown and a toothpick comes out clean. Let them cool in the pan for a few minutes before transferring them to a wire rack.
7. While those donuts are cooling, let’s whip up that sweet honey glaze! In a small bowl, mix together the honey, powdered sugar, and milk until it’s smooth and drippy.
8. Once the donuts are cool, dip the tops into that luscious honey glaze and let any excess drip off. Place them back on the wire rack to let the glaze set a bit.

Enjoy your Sweet Honey Glaze Enchanted Donuts with a cup of coffee or tea, and share them with family and friends!
