Ingredients:
For the Salmon & Shrimp:
2 salmon fillets
1/2 lb large shrimp, peeled & deveined
2 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1/2 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp fresh parsley, chopped
For the Mashed Potatoes:
3 large russet potatoes, peeled & cubed
3 tbsp butter
1/2 cup heavy cream
Salt & black pepper to taste
For the Green Beans:
1/2 lb fresh green beans, trimmed
1 tbsp butter
Salt & black pepper to taste

Instructions:
🐟 Cooking the Salmon & Shrimp:
1️⃣ Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat.
2️⃣ Season salmon fillets with paprika, salt, and pepper.
3️⃣ Sear salmon for 4-5 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
4️⃣ In the same pan, melt butter and add garlic.
5️⃣ Add shrimp, season with salt & black pepper, and cook for 2 minutes per side.
6️⃣ Drizzle with lemon juice and sprinkle with fresh parsley.
🥔 Making Mashed Potatoes:
7️⃣ Boil potatoes in salted water until fork-tender (about 15 minutes).
8️⃣ Drain and mash with butter, heavy cream, salt, and black pepper until smooth.
🥦 Cooking Green Beans:
9️⃣ Blanch green beans in boiling water for 3-4 minutes, then drain.
🔟 Sauté in a pan with butter, salt, and pepper for extra flavor.
