For the Pasta & Sauce:
8 oz fettuccine (or pasta of choice) 🍝
2 tbsp butter 🧈
4 cloves garlic, minced 🧄
1/2 cup chicken or vegetable broth 🍲
1 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese 🧀
1 tsp Italian seasoning
1/2 tsp salt & black pepper
1 tbsp fresh parsley (for garnish) 🌿

🔥 Instructions:
1️⃣ Cook the Pasta
1. Boil salted water and cook fettuccine according to package instructions.
2. Drain and set aside, saving 1/2 cup pasta water.
2️⃣ Sear the Salmon
1. Season salmon pieces with salt, pepper, garlic powder, and smoked paprika.
2. Heat olive oil & butter in a pan over medium-high heat.
3. Sear salmon for 2-3 minutes per side until golden brown. Remove and set aside.
3️⃣ Make the Creamy Sauce
1. In the same pan, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant.
2. Pour in broth and heavy cream, stirring well.
3. Add Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper.
4. Simmer until thickened. If too thick, add a bit of pasta water.
