Ingredients:
2 ribeye steaks
1 teaspoon olive oil
Salt and pepper to taste
8 large shrimp, peeled and developed
1 tablespoon butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp. Cajun seasoning
Β½ tsp paprika
ΒΌ tsp. cayenne pepper (optional for extra heat)
ΒΌ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Lemon wedges (for serving)
Directions:
1οΈβ£ Season & Sear the Steaks: Rub the steaks with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat and sear the steaks for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your preferred doneness. Set aside to rest.
2οΈβ£ Cook the Shrimp: In the same skillet, melt butter and cook shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until pink and opaque. Remove from skillet and set aside.
3οΈβ£ Make the Sauce: Lower the heat to medium, add garlic, and cook for 1 minute until fragrant. Stir in heavy cream, Cajun seasoning, paprika, and cayenne pepper. Simmer for 3-4 minutes until the sauce thickens.
4οΈβ£ Add Cheese & Shrimp: Stir in Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Add shrimp back to the skillet and coat them with the sauce.
5οΈβ£ Serve: Plate the steaks and pour the creamy Cajun shrimp sauce over them. Garnish with fresh parsley and serve with lemon wedges on the side.
