French Scallops in Cream Sauce Recipe

Ingredients
• 12 scallops
• 1/4 cup (60ml) white wine
• 1/2 cup (120ml) heavy cream
• 2 tablespoons butter
• 1 garlic clove, minced
• 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard
• Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions
1. Heat butter in a pan and sear scallops on both sides until golden. Remove and set aside.
2. In the same pan, sauté garlic, then deglaze with white wine.
3. Stir in heavy cream and Dijon mustard, cooking until the sauce thickens.
4. Return scallops to the pan to heat through.
5. Serve immediately with a garnish of parsley.
