Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 lb sirloin or ribeye, cut into bite-sized pieces

1 baguette, sliced into rounds
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp butter
For the Horseradish Cream:
Β½ cup prepared horseradish
Β½ cup sour cream
ΒΌ cup mayonnaise
1 tbsp lemon juice
Salt and pepper, to taste
Garnish:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Instructions:
1. Prepare Horseradish Cream:
In a bowl, mix together horseradish, sour cream, mayonnaise, lemon juice, salt, and pepper. Chill in the refrigerator until ready to use.
2. Cook the Steak:
In a skillet, heat olive oil and butter over medium-high heat. Sear the steak bites, adding the minced garlic during cooking. Cook until the steak reaches your desired doneness.
3. Toast the Baguette:
Toast the baguette slices in the oven or on a skillet until golden brown.
4. Assemble:
Spread a layer of horseradish cream on each toasted baguette slice. Top with a few steak bites and garnish with chopped parsley.
