Garlic Butter Beef Linguine in Creamy Parmesan Sauce

Ingredients:

1 lb linguine pasta
1 lb ground beef
3 tbsp butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp olive oil
½ cup chicken broth
1 cup heavy cream
½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
½ cup shredded mozzarella cheese
1 tsp Italian seasoning
½ tsp garlic powder
Salt and pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)

Directions:

Cook linguine in salted boiling water until al dente. Drain and set aside.
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat. Cook ground beef with salt and pepper until browned. Remove beef and set aside.
In the same skillet, melt butter and sauté garlic until fragrant, about 1–2 minutes.
Add chicken broth, scraping up any browned bits. Let simmer for 2–3 minutes.
Reduce heat, stir in heavy cream, Parmesan, mozzarella, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Cook until cheese melts and sauce thickens.
Return beef to skillet, add linguine, and toss to coat evenly with sauce.
Garnish with parsley and extra Parmesan before serving.
