🧁 Recipe: Chocolate Cinnamon Rolls

📝 Dough Ingredients:
• 3½ cups (440g) all-purpose flour
• 2¼ tsp (1 packet) instant yeast
• ¼ cup (50g) granulated sugar
• ½ tsp salt
• ¾ cup (180ml) warm milk
• ¼ cup (60g) unsalted butter, melted
• 1 large egg

🍫 Filling Ingredients:
• ⅓ cup (70g) brown sugar
• 2 tbsp cocoa powder
• 1½ tsp ground cinnamon
• 3 tbsp unsalted butter, softened
• ½ cup (90g) chocolate chips or chopped dark chocolate 🍫

🍯 Glaze (Choose One):
Option 1 – Vanilla glaze:
• 1 cup powdered sugar
• 2 tbsp milk
• ½ tsp vanilla extract
Option 2 – Chocolate ganache:
• 100g dark chocolate
• 80ml cream

👩‍🍳 Instructions:
1. Make the Dough:
• In a large bowl, mix flour, sugar, yeast, and salt.
• Add warm milk, melted butter, and egg. Mix until a soft dough forms.
• Knead on a floured surface for 8–10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
• Place in a greased bowl, cover, and let rise in a warm place for 1 hour (or until doubled in size).
2. Make the Filling:
• In a small bowl, mix brown sugar, cocoa powder, and cinnamon.
• Once dough has risen, roll it into a rectangle (~30×40cm).
Spread softened butter over the dough, then sprinkle the chocolate-cinnamon mixture. Add chocolate chips.
3. Roll & Slice:
• Roll the dough tightly from the long side.
• Slice into 10–12 even rolls and place in a greased baking dish.
