BLUEBERRY SOUR CREAM PANCAKES #fluffy
2 cups milk
2 eggs
1/2 cup sour cream
2 cups all-purpose flour
2 Tbsp. baking powder
2 Tbsp. sugar
pinch if salt
1/4 cup butter, melted
2 tsp. vanilla
1 cup fresh blueberries
Combine the milk, eggs, and sour cream, mix well. In a separate bowl whisk together flour, baking powder, sugar, and salt. Add dry ingredients to your wet ingredients. Stir in melted butter. Fold in blueberries. Use 1/4 cup batter for each pancake, cook on hot griddle. Serve with warm syrup.
