Grilled Corn on the Cob with Spicy Mayo
A classic summer treat with a spicy twist! 🌽🌶️
Ingredients:
For the Corn:
4 ears of corn, husked and silked
For the Spicy Mayo:
1/2 cup mayonnaise
1 tablespoon Sriracha sauce
1/2 lime, juiced
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon onion powder
Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
Grill the Corn: Preheat your grill to medium-high heat. Grill the corn, turning occasionally, for 10-15 minutes, or until charred and cooked through.
Make the Spicy Mayo: In a small bowl, combine mayonnaise, Sriracha sauce, lime juice, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Mix well.
Serve: Serve the grilled corn hot, drizzled with the spicy mayo.
Tips:
For extra flavor, brush the corn with melted butter before grilling.
Experiment with different spice levels by adjusting the amount of Sriracha sauce.
You can also roast the corn in the oven at 400°F (200°C) for 20-25 minutes.
