Classic Chocolate Cake

2. Prepare two 9-inch round cake pans.
3. Whisk flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
4. Combine cocoa powder and milk.
5. Beat in eggs and vanilla.
6. Divide batter evenly between pans.
7. Bake 30-35 minutes.
8. Prepare frosting.
