Crispy Chickpea Flour Crackers with Garlic & Herbs 🧄🌿

Ingredients:
- 1 cup (120g) chickpea flour
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 3 tablespoons water (add more if needed)

Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
2. In a bowl, mix chickpea flour, salt, garlic powder, oregano, thyme, and black pepper.
3. Add olive oil and mix well. Slowly add water until the dough holds together.
4. Roll out the dough between two sheets of parchment paper to about 1/8 inch (3mm) thick.
5. Cut into squares or desired shapes and place on the baking sheet.
6. Bake for 12-15 minutes until golden and crispy. Let cool before serving.
