Ingredients:
For the Steak:
1 pound sirloin steak, cut into strips or cubes
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Seafood:
1/2 pound large shrimp, peeled and deveined
1/2 pound scallops, cleaned and patted dry
1 tablespoon olive oil
1 tablespoon butter
Salt and pepper, to taste
For the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:
2 tablespoons unsalted butter
4 cloves garlic, minced
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
1/2 teaspoon Italian seasoning
1/4 teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional, for heat)
Salt and pepper, to taste
For Garnish and Serving:
Fresh parsley, chopped
Lemon wedges
Crusty bread, pasta, or mashed potatoes (optional, for serving)
Directions:
Cook the Steak:
Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Season the steak strips with garlic powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Add the steak to the skillet and sear for 3-4 minutes per side, until browned and cooked to your liking. Remove from the skillet and set aside.
Cook the Seafood:
In the same skillet, add olive oil and butter. Once melted, add the shrimp and scallops, seasoning with salt and pepper. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, or until the shrimp are pink and the scallops are golden brown. Remove and set aside with the steak.
Make the Garlic Parmesan Cream Sauce:
Reduce the heat to medium. In the same skillet, melt the butter and sauté the minced garlic for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, Italian seasoning, and red pepper flakes (if using). Stir well and simmer for 3-4 minutes, allowing the sauce to thicken slightly. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Combine and Finish:
Return the steak, shrimp, and scallops to the skillet, tossing to coat them in the creamy sauce. Cook for 2-3 minutes, allowing everything to warm through.
Garnish and Serve:
Sprinkle with chopped parsley and serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side. Pair with crusty bread, pasta, or mashed potatoes for a hearty and indulgent meal.
