A delicious Provençal onion tart with anchovies and black olives, perfect for any occasion!
Ingredients:
1 pizza dough
3 large onions, sliced
8 anchovy fillets
10 black olives
2 tbsp olive oil
1 tsp thyme
Instructions:
Sauté onions in olive oil until caramelized.
Roll out dough and spread onions on top.
Add anchovies and olives. Sprinkle with thyme.
Bake at 200°C for 20 minutes.
