Garlic Butter Cheeseburger Rollups
Ingredients:
1 lb (450g) ground beef
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 can Pillsbury crescent roll dough (8 pieces)
3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
2 garlic cloves, minced
1 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon smoked paprika
Salt and pepper to taste
Optional: Pickles, ketchup, or mustard for serving
Instructions:
Preheat the Oven:
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Cook the Beef:
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the ground beef until browned. Drain any excess fat.
Season and Mix:
Stir in the onion powder, smoked paprika, salt, and pepper. Remove the skillet from heat and mix in the crumbled bacon and cheddar cheese.
Prepare the Dough:
Roll out the crescent dough and separate it into 8 triangles.
Fill and Roll:
Spoon the beef mixture onto the wide end of each dough triangle and roll them up tightly.
Make Garlic Butter:
In a small bowl, combine the melted butter with the minced garlic.
Brush and Bake:
Place the roll-ups on a baking sheet, brush them with the garlic butter, and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until golden brown.
