🇮🇹 Salsiccia e Friarielli (Sausage with Broccoli Rabe)
Juicy Italian sausage paired with garlicky sautéed greens—a rustic Neapolitan favorite. 😋❤️
Ingredients:
• 4 Italian sausages
• 400g friarielli (broccoli rabe)
• 3 garlic cloves, sliced
• 3 tbsp olive oil
• Salt and chili flakes
Instructions:
1️⃣ Blanch friarielli in salted boiling water for 2 minutes, then drain.
2️⃣ In a pan, cook sausages until golden and cooked through. Set aside.
3️⃣ In the same pan, heat oil, add garlic and chili flakes, then sauté friarielli.
4️⃣ Return sausages to the pan and cook together for 2 minutes.
5️⃣ Serve hot with crusty bread.
