Ingredients:
- 2 lobster tails (6-8 oz each)
- 6 large sea scallops
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 2 tbsp butter (for scallops)
- Salt and black pepper, to taste
- 1 tsp paprika (optional, for color)
- Fresh parsley, chopped for garnish
- Lemon wedges, for serving

Instructions:

1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Prepare a baking sheet by lining it with parchment paper.

2. Carefully cut along the top shell of each lobster tail using kitchen shears, cutting lengthwise. Gently lift the lobster meat from the shell and lay it on top.

3. In a bowl, combine the melted butter, minced garlic, lemon juice, paprika (if using), salt, and black pepper. Mix well.

4. Generously brush the lobster meat with the garlic butter mixture, ensuring it is well-coated. Place the lobster tails on the prepared baking sheet.

5. Bake the lobster tails in the preheated oven for 10-12 minutes, or until the meat turns opaque and slightly golden.

6. While the lobster tails are baking, prepare the scallops. Pat them dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and black pepper.

7. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the scallops to the skillet. Sear them without moving for 2-3 minutes until they develop a golden, caramelized crust.

8. Flip the scallops and cook for another 2-3 minutes, while adding the 2 tablespoons of butter and minced garlic to the skillet. As the butter melts, spoon it over the scallops for added flavor.

9. Once the lobster tails are done baking, remove them from the oven and let them rest for a moment.

10. To serve, arrange the lobster tails and seared scallops artfully on a serving platter. Drizzle any remaining garlic butter over the seafood and garnish with fresh parsley. Serve with lemon wedges to squeeze over the top for extra zest.
