Chocolate Lava Cookie Dough Cupcakes

Ingredients:
1 box (18 oz) fudge brownie mix
1/4 cup vegetable oil
1/4 cup water
2 large eggs
3/4 cup semisweet chocolate chips

Lava Filling:
1/2 cup heavy cream
4 oz dark chocolate, chopped

Cookie Dough Topping:
1/2 cup unsalted butter, softened
1/2 cup brown sugar
1/4 cup granulated sugar
2 tablespoons milk
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour (heat-treated)
1/2 cup mini chocolate chips

Chocolate Drizzle:
1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips, melted

Directions:
Preheat oven to 350°F (175°C). Line a muffin tin with paper liners and spray lightly with non-stick spray.
Prepare the brownie batter by mixing the brownie mix, oil, water, and eggs until smooth. Stir in chocolate chips. Fill each muffin cup halfway with batter.
For the lava filling, heat heavy cream until just simmering. Pour over chopped chocolate, let sit 2 minutes, then stir until smooth. Let cool slightly, then spoon 1 teaspoon into the center of each brownie cup. Top with more brownie batter until 3/4 full.
Bake for 18–20 minutes until edges are set and centers are slightly gooey. Let cool completely.
For the cookie dough topping, cream together butter, brown sugar, and granulated sugar. Add milk and vanilla, then mix in flour and mini chocolate chips.
Scoop a small spoonful of cookie dough on top of each cooled cupcake. Drizzle with melted chocolate and chill 10 minutes to set.
