Whipped Kool-Aid
Ingredients:
1 packet Kool-Aid (blue raspberry or your preferred flavor)
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup heavy whipping cream
1/2 cup milk (whole milk or 2%)
2 cups ice
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
Whipped topping or additional whipped cream for garnish
Directions:
In a blender, combine Kool-Aid powder, sugar, milk, ice, and vanilla extract. Blend until smooth and slushy in texture.
In a separate mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream until stiff peaks form.
Gently fold half of the whipped cream into the Kool-Aid mixture for a lighter texture.
Pour the blended Kool-Aid into serving glasses, filling about 2/3 of each glass.
Top with the remaining whipped cream using a piping bag or spoon for a fluffy swirl effect.
Optional: Add a bit of food coloring to the whipped cream for a layered or marble look before piping.
Serve immediately with a spoon or straw and enjoy cold!
