I had 3 egg whites left over from making passion fruit curd. I thought I'd try making meringues in the air fryer!
So, 3 egg whites
175g caster sugar
1 tsp cornstarch
1 tsp white vinegar
1 tsp vanilla extract
130 for 40 minutes in the air fryer
And here's what I got: crispy on the outside, soft on the inside. 40 minutes for meringue is a revolution.
