Ingredients:
β’ 2 filet mignon steaks
β’ 8β10 large shrimp, peeled and deveined
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 2 cloves garlic (minced)
β’ 1/2 cup heavy cream
β’ 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
β’ Fresh chives (chopped)
β’ Salt, pepper, and paprika

Instructions:
1. Sear the Steaks:
β’ Season steaks with salt and pepper.
β’ Sear in a hot skillet with a little butter for 3β4 mins per side (or until desired doneness). Set aside to rest.
2. Cook the Shrimp:
β’ Season shrimp lightly with salt, pepper, and paprika.
β’ In the same skillet, cook shrimp 1β2 minutes per side until pink and opaque.
3. Make the Garlic Cream Sauce:
β’ In the same skillet, melt butter.
β’ Add minced garlic and sautΓ© until fragrant.
β’ Stir in heavy cream and Parmesan. Simmer until slightly thickened.
4. Assemble:
