🥧🇫🇷 Quiche aux Épinards
A classic spinach quiche with eggs, cream, and cheese in a buttery crust. Light yet satisfying 🥬🥚.
Ingredients:
• 1 pie crust
• 300 g spinach (cooked and drained)
• 3 eggs
• 200 ml cream
• 100 g grated cheese
• Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1️⃣ Preheat oven to 180°C (350°F).
2️⃣ Blind bake the crust for 10 min.
3️⃣ Mix eggs, cream, cheese, and spinach.
4️⃣ Pour into crust and bake 30 min.
5️⃣ Serve warm or at room temp 🥧.
