Bouncing Bubbles
Ingredients:
- 1 cup distilled water (room temperature works best)
- 2 tbsp liquid dish soap (clear or light-colored preferred)
- 1 tbsp glycerin (or light corn syrup if glycerin not available)
- Soft knit gloves or clean cotton socks (to bounce the bubbles without popping)
- Bubble wand or straw
Directions:
1. In a bowl, gently stir together 1 cup water, 2 tbsp dish soap, and 1 tbsp glycerin. Try not to create foam while mixing.
2. Let the solution rest for at least 1–2 hours (overnight if possible) for stronger bubbles.
3. Dip the wand or straw into the solution and blow bubbles as usual.
4. Put on soft knit gloves (or pull socks over your hands) so the bubbles won’t pop on your skin.
5. Gently catch a bubble on your hand and bounce it softly — watch it dance and float without bursting!
