Sometimes I go with sharp cheddar, other times a mix of cheeses, and it never turns out the same twice.

3-INGREDIENT STOVETOP MAC & CHEESE 🧀🔥
✔️ 12 oz elbow macaroni
✔️ 12 oz evaporated milk
✔️ 3 cups shredded cheese (cheddar, Gruyère, or mix)
✔️ Salt & pepper (to taste)
👉 Boil pasta in just enough water to cover, stir in evaporated milk, then add cheese and mix until melted and creamy. Season and serve hot.
✨ Extra tip: add bacon bits or a dash of hot sauce for a kick!
