Ingredients:
β’ 2 lobsters, cooked
β’ 2 tbsp butter
β’ 1 tbsp flour
β’ 200 ml milk
β’ 100 ml cream
β’ 1 tbsp Dijon mustard
⒠100 g grated Gruyère cheese
β’ Salt & pepper
Instructions:
1οΈβ£ Halve lobsters, remove meat, and chop.
2οΈβ£ Make bΓ©chamel with butter, flour, milk, and cream.
3οΈβ£ Stir in mustard, cheese, and lobster meat.
4οΈβ£ Fill lobster shells with mixture, sprinkle cheese.
5οΈβ£ Bake at 200Β°C (400Β°F) for 10β12 min until golden. π¦π§
