½ cup cold heavy whipping cream
1 tablespoon powdered sugar
½ teaspoon pure vanilla extract
For Garnish & Glass Decoration:

Additional salted caramel sauce
2–3 tablespoons toffee bits
Instructions

Blend the Milkshake: In a high-powered blender, combine the softened vanilla ice cream, milk, and ¼ cup salted caramel sauce. Blend on medium-high until smooth and creamy, about 30–45 seconds. Taste and add more caramel if you prefer a stronger flavor.
Make the Whipped Cream: In a chilled mixing bowl, whip the cold heavy cream using a hand mixer or whisk until soft peaks form. Add the powdered sugar and vanilla extract, then continue whipping until stiff peaks hold their shape. Set aside.
Decorate the Glasses (Optional but Recommended): Use the back of a spoon to smear salted caramel along the inside walls of your serving glasses. For a dramatic drip effect, transfer extra caramel to a small resealable bag, snip off a tiny corner, and pipe a ring around the rim so it drips down the sides.
Assemble: Pour the blended milkshake into the prepared glasses, filling to about ¾ inch below the rim to leave room for toppings.
Top Generously: Spoon or pipe the fresh whipped cream over each milkshake. Drizzle with additional salted caramel and sprinkle with toffee bits for crunch and contrast.
