Creamy Parmesan Garlic Beef Bowtie Pasta
Ingredients:
12 oz bowtie pasta (farfalle)
1 lb ground beef
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
1 cup beef broth
1 cup grated Parmesan cheese
2 tbsp butter
1 tbsp olive oil
Salt & black pepper, to taste
Fresh parsley, chopped (for garnish)
Instructions:
Cook Pasta – Boil bowtie pasta until al dente; drain and set aside.
Cook Beef – In a skillet, heat olive oil, add ground beef, season with salt & pepper, and cook until browned. Remove excess grease.
Make Sauce – Add butter and garlic, cook 1 min. Stir in heavy cream and beef broth; bring to a simmer.
Add Cheese – Stir in Parmesan until sauce is creamy.
Combine – Toss in pasta and ground beef. Mix until coated.
