- 1 pound chicken breast, finely diced
- 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce
- 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
- 1/2 cup bell peppers, diced
- 1/4 cup green onions, chopped
- 1 head of lettuce, leaves separated
- Sesame seeds for garnish
📝 Instructions
1. Heat vegetable oil in a pan over medium heat.
2. Add the diced chicken and cook until no longer pink.
3. Stir in the teriyaki sauce and continue to cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the diced bell peppers and green onions, cooking for another 2 minutes.
