Homemade Keto Chicken & Veggie Pizza
📝 Ingredients
For the Keto Crust (Fathead Dough):
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
2 tbsp cream cheese
1 cup almond flour
1 large egg
½ tsp baking powder
Pinch of salt
For the Toppings:
½ cup sugar-free pizza sauce (or make with tomato paste, olive oil, garlic, oregano)
1 ½ cups shredded mozzarella cheese
1 cup cooked chicken (grilled or leftover, cubed)
½ cup bell peppers (red & green, chopped)
½ cup onion slices
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Olive oil (for brushing)

1. Make the Keto Crust
Preheat oven to 400°F (200°C).
In a microwave-safe bowl, melt mozzarella and cream cheese together (about 1 minute). Stir until smooth.
Add almond flour, egg, baking powder, and salt. Mix into a dough.
Place dough between parchment paper and roll into a pizza circle.
Bake for 8–10 minutes until lightly golden.
2. Add Toppings
Spread sugar-free pizza sauce over the crust.
Sprinkle half the mozzarella, then add chicken, bell peppers, and onions.
Top with the rest of the mozzarella and Italian seasoning.
Brush edges with olive oil for crispiness.
3. Bake
Bake for another 10–12 minutes, until cheese is melted and bubbly.
Slice and serve hot!
🍴 Tips & Variations
Swap chicken with pepperoni, sausage, or bacon for variety.
Use cauliflower crust instead of fathead dough if preferred.
Add jalapeños or chili flakes for a spicy kick.
