Turkey Soup
Ingredients:
- 1 lb of cooked turkey meat, shredded
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 carrots, sliced
- 2 celery sticks, chopped
- 1 can of diced tomatoes
- 6 cups of chicken broth
- 1 tsp of dried thyme
- 1 tsp of dried rosemary
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
1. In a large pot, sauté the onions, carrots, and celery until tender.
2. Add in the shredded turkey meat, diced tomatoes, chicken broth, thyme, rosemary, salt, and pepper. Bring the soup to a boil.
3. Reduce the heat and let the soup simmer for about 20 minutes.
4. Serve hot and enjoy!
