π§π₯ Cheddar Bacon Ranch Chicken Melt β Crispy, Cheesy, and Loaded with Flavor!
Ingredients:
2 large chicken breasts (butterflied or halved)
4 slices cooked bacon
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
ΒΌ cup ranch dressing
1 tbsp olive oil
Β½ tsp garlic powder
Β½ tsp paprika
Salt & pepper to taste
Fresh parsley for garnish (optional)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 400Β°F (200Β°C) and lightly grease a baking dish.
Brush chicken with olive oil and season with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper.
Bake for 20β25 minutes or until chicken is nearly cooked through.
Spread a spoonful of ranch dressing over each piece.
Top with bacon and cheddar cheese. Return to oven for 5β7 minutes until cheese is bubbly and golden.
Garnish with parsley and serve warm.
