Ingredients:
• 1 lb ground beef
• 8 slices cooked bacon, chopped
• 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
• ½ cup cheese sauce (store-bought or homemade)
• ¼ cup sour cream
• 4 large flour tortillas
• ¼ cup diced onions (optional)
Salt & pepper to taste
• Optional: lettuce, pickles, ketchup or mustard for extra burger vibes



Instructions:
1. Cook the Beef:
• In a skillet over medium heat, brown the ground beef with a pinch of salt and pepper.
• Add onions (if using) and cook until soft.
• Drain excess grease and set aside.
2. Assemble the Burritos:
• Warm tortillas slightly to make them easier to roll.
• On each tortilla, layer:
• A scoop of ground beef
• A handful of shredded cheddar cheese
• Some chopped bacon
• A dollop of sour cream
3. Roll & Toast:
• Roll burritos tightly, tucking in the sides.
• Place seam-side down in a hot skillet and toast for 1–2 minutes per side until golden and crispy.

• Warm the cheese sauce, then pour it generously over each burrito.
• Sprinkle with extra bacon bits and cheddar cheese if desired.
