π Ingredients:
For the Chicken:
2 boneless skinless chicken breasts, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
3 cloves garlic, minced
1 tsp Italian seasoning
Salt & black pepper to taste
Juice of 1 lemon
Zest of 1 lemon
For the Pasta:
8 oz (about 2 cups) bowtie (farfalle) pasta
1 tbsp butter
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 cup heavy cream
ΒΎ cup grated Parmesan cheese
Salt & pepper to taste
2 tbsp chopped fresh parsley (optional)
Extra lemon slices for garnish (optional)

Cook the Pasta:
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the bowtie pasta according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
Cook the Chicken:
In a large skillet over medium heat, heat the olive oil. Add the diced chicken, season with salt, pepper, and Italian seasoning. Cook until golden and fully cooked (about 6β7 minutes). Add the minced garlic, lemon juice, and zest. Cook for another 1β2 minutes until fragrant. Remove chicken and set aside.
Make the Creamy Sauce:
In the same skillet, melt the butter. Add the remaining garlic and sautΓ© for 30 seconds. Pour in the heavy cream, stir, and bring to a gentle simmer. Mix in the Parmesan cheese until smooth and creamy. Season with salt and pepper.
Combine:
Add the cooked pasta and chicken back into the skillet. Toss everything until well coated in the creamy sauce. Let it cook for another 2 minutes to absorb the flavors.
Garnish:
Sprinkle with fresh parsley and add lemon slices if desired.
