LEMON MOUSSE.
+ RECIPE INGREDIENTS +
- 200 ml lemon juice
- 200 g condensed milk
- 200 ml whipping cream
- Zest of one lemon
+ PREPARATION INSTRUCTIONS.
- Whip the cream until stiff.
- Mix the condensed milk with the lemon juice and zest.
- Gently fold the whipped cream into the lemon mixture.
- Refrigerate for at least 2 hours before serving.
