Ingredients:
4 small cucumbers, thinly sliced
1/2 red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/2 small red onion, thinly sliced
1/4 cup apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp sugar
1/2 tsp salt

1/2 tsp dried oregano
1/4 tsp garlic powder
Fresh parsley, for garnish
Directions:
Slice the cucumbers, bell pepper, and red onion thinly, placing them in a medium bowl.
In a separate bowl, whisk together apple cider vinegar, sugar, salt, black pepper, oregano, and garlic powder.
