Homemade Hamburger Peppers and Onion Gyros
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 onion, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
4 pita bread
1/2 cup tzatziki sauce
Salt and pepper to taste
Olive oil
Directions:
In a skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced onion and bell pepper; sauté until softened. Push vegetables to the side and add ground beef. Cook until browned and crumbled. Season with salt and pepper. Serve the mixture in pita bread topped with tzatziki sauce.
