Hot Honey Chicken Cutlets

**Ingredients:
- 2 large boneless, skinless chicken breasts (sliced into cutlets)
- Salt and pepper, to taste
- ½ cup all-purpose flour
- 2 large eggs, beaten
- 1 cup panko breadcrumbs
- ½ cup grated Parmesan cheese
- ½ tsp paprika
- ¼ cup honey
- 1–2 tsp hot sauce (adjust to taste)
- 1 tbsp olive oil (for frying)
- Chopped parsley, for garnish (optional)

**Directions:
1. Season chicken cutlets with salt and pepper.
2. Set up a breading station: flour in one bowl, beaten eggs in another, and panko mixed with Parmesan and paprika in a third.
3. Dredge chicken in flour, dip in egg, then coat with the panko mixture.
4. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Cook cutlets 3–4 minutes per side or until golden brown and fully cooked.
5. In a small bowl, mix honey and hot sauce. Warm slightly if needed.
6. Drizzle hot honey over the crispy chicken cutlets before serving.
7. Garnish with parsley if desired.
