2 cloves garlic, minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
½ teaspoon red pepper flakes (optional for heat)
½ cup finely chopped fresh spinach
4 oz mozzarella cheese, cut into small cubes

2 tablespoons olive oil
1 ½ cups marinara sauce
Instructions:
1. Prepare the Meatball Mixture:

Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
Add the meatballs and sear on all sides until golden brown (about 3-4 minutes per side).
4. Simmer in Sauce:
Pour marinara sauce over the meatballs, reduce heat to low, and cover.
Simmer for 10-15 minutes until the meatballs are fully cooked.
