Ingredients:

3 tbsp sugar

1 tbsp butter

75 ml milk

1 can condensed milk

Pre-rolled pastry dough

Oil for frying

Directions:

In a saucepan, caramelize sugar and add butter.

Add milk and condensed milk, stirring until creamy and thick. Let cool.

Fill pastry with caramel, roll and seal edges tightly.

Fry until golden brown.

Cool slightly and enjoy warm or chilled.
