Hot Fudge Brownie Bread ππ«
Ingredients:
1 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 1/2 cups granulated sugar
1/2 cup brown sugar
4 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 cup chocolate chips
1/2 cup hot fudge sauce (plus more for drizzling)
Directions:
Preheat oven to 350Β°F (175Β°C). Grease and line a 9x5-inch loaf pan with parchment paper.
In a large bowl, whisk together the melted butter, granulated sugar, and brown sugar until smooth.
Add eggs one at a time, whisking well after each. Stir in vanilla extract.
In a separate bowl, sift together the flour, cocoa powder, salt, and baking powder.
Add the dry ingredients to the wet mixture and mix until just combined.
Fold in chocolate chips and 1/2 cup hot fudge sauce until evenly distributed in the batter.
Pour the batter into the prepared loaf pan and smooth the top.
Bake for 55β65 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out with moist crumbs (but not wet batter).
Allow the bread to cool in the pan for 15 minutes before removing. Drizzle with extra hot fudge sauce before serving.
