Homemade Pistachio Gelato π¨πΏ

β 1 Β½ cups (200g) shelled pistachios (unsalted)
β ΒΎ cup (150g) granulated sugar
β 2 cups (480ml) whole milk
β 1 cup (240ml) heavy cream

Step 1: Prepare the Pistachios
