**Ingredients:**

- 1 ½ lbs sirloin steak, cut into bite-sized pieces

- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 4 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp dried thyme
**For the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:**
- 12 oz penne pasta
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 cup shredded Pepper Jack cheese
- ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
- ½ cup grated Parmesan
- 2 tbsp butter
- ½ tsp smoked paprika
- ½ tsp garlic powder
- ½ tsp salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
**Instructions:**
1. **Cook the Steak Bites** as directed in the first recipe.
2. **Make the Creamy Pepper Jack Pasta:**
- Cook penne according to package instructions.
- In a saucepan, melt butter over **medium heat**. Add garlic powder and paprika.
- Stir in heavy cream and bring to a simmer.
- Add Pepper Jack, cheddar, and Parmesan, stirring until melted and creamy.
- Toss in cooked penne.
3. **Serve:**
