Ingredients:
Main Skillet
Steak (sirloin or ribeye) π₯©
Pasta (penne or rotini) π
Bell peppers (red & green) πΆοΈ

Cajun seasoning πΆοΈ
Olive oil
Cheesy Sauce
Heavy cream or milk π₯
Cream cheese
Shredded cheddar and mozzarella π§

Instructions:
Cook the pasta until al dente and set aside. Season the steak generously with Cajun spices, then sear in a hot skillet until your preferred doneness. Remove and let rest. In the same skillet, sautΓ© onions, garlic, and bell peppers in a little oil. Add more Cajun seasoning, then stir in cream and cream cheese to create a rich base. Add shredded cheeses and stir until melted and creamy. Toss in the cooked pasta, then slice the steak and lay it over the top. Let everything simmer together for a couple of minutes before serving hot and cheesy!
Tips & Variations:
Add jalapeΓ±os for more heat or swap steak for chicken or shrimp. Try smoked gouda for a bold cheesy flavor. Garnish with fresh parsley or green onions for extra color and freshness.
