🦐 I made these Shrimp and Cream Cheese Wontons, and they were crispy, creamy, and totally irresistible for any snack craving!
🛒 Ingredients:
8 oz raw shrimp, peeled and deveined, finely chopped
4 oz cream cheese, softened
1 green onion, finely chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1 tsp soy sauce
1 tsp sesame oil (optional)
20–25 wonton wrappers
Water (for sealing)
Oil for frying
👩🍳 Directions:
Make the Filling:
In a bowl, mix chopped shrimp, cream cheese, green onion, garlic, soy sauce, and sesame oil until well combined.
Assemble the Wontons:
Place 1 tsp of filling in the center of each wonton wrapper. Moisten edges with water, then fold and press to seal (triangle or envelope shape works great).
Fry the Wontons:
Heat oil in a pan over medium heat. Fry wontons in batches until golden brown and crispy, about 2–3 minutes per side. Drain on paper towels.
