3 ingredient rolls;
These rolls are made from just 3 ingredients and a quick dinner roll to have with soup.
5 tbsp self raising flour
7 tbsp Greek yoghurt
Pinch of salt
Place yoghurt in a bowl
Stir in flour and salt
Mix to a dough with a dinner knife. The dough will be a little sticky but if too wet and a little more flour.
Tip out onto a floured board and knead gently for a couple of minutes
Divide into 10
Make into roll shapes
Preheat air fryer to 170°C and quickly line the basket and drop in the rolls
Air fry on 170°C for 6 mins, flip over and cook for a further 4 mins.
I brushed these with a little milk prior to cooking.
