Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
1 lb breakfast sausage (mild or spicy, your choice)
2 cans of Rotel diced tomatoes with green chilies
1 block (8 oz) cream cheese (cubed)
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 cup milk (for a creamier texture)
1/2 cup diced onions (optional)
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/2 tsp cumin (optional for extra flavor)
Salt & pepper (to taste)
Tortilla chips (for dipping)
Instructions:
Step 1: Cook the Meat:
In a large skillet, cook the ground beef and sausage over medium heat until browned, breaking it apart with a spoon as it cooks. Drain any excess fat.
Add the diced onions (optional) and cook for another 2-3 minutes until softened.
